Where do we start with the menu?

From individually plated multi-course dining to sharing platters, BBQs, Artisan Pizzas, Grazing tables and World Street Food. You can choose a menu as it is, make changes, or simply use it as inspiration.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Absolutely - and we'd like to know about them from the beginning.
We regularly cater for coeliac and gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, allergies and individual dietary requirements.
Every guest matters, and their food should feel part of the menu - not an afterthought.
How many guests can you cater for?
From a small, intimate gathering to a larger wedding or event of 80-90 guests and beyond, we tailor the food and style of catering to suit your occasion.
Whether there are just a few of you around the table or a château full of guests, the same care goes into the food.
Can we have something a little different?
Of course.
Our Japanese Konro Grill and Live Pasta Station bring cooking out in front of your guests, while sharing menus, BBQs and Artisan Pizzas offer a more relaxed style of catering.
Celebrating for a whole weekend?
We can create something different for your welcome evening, wedding day and following-day brunch or BBQ.
Do you offer private dining?
Yes. Through Cuisine Secrète, we bring private dining to you in your home, holiday property or château, we create bespoke dining experiences for anniversaries, birthdays, family celebrations and intimate special occasions. Choose a multi-course menu, with the option of carefully selected wine pairings, for those times when you want something a little more special.

For weddings and events of 30 guests or more, you can book a tasting with us. Come and try the food, talk through your menu and tell us what you think. It's your opportunity to make sure everything feels right before the day. Contact us to arrange your tasting.
